I manage a small retail business in Kent, WA. We came in Monday morning to the air conditioning not working. We reached out to the property management company with zero response. I remembered that a friend recently used Infinity and raved about the quick service and amazing price point. I called up the owner Tuesday afternoon as we were sitting in an 84 degree sweat box. He fit us in the next morning just after 9am. After failed attempts with the property manager to gain roof access (Seriously, the only access point is in an empty unit?!? Of course) Ken gained access and quickly determined the issue. He gave me the ball park estimate for best case and worst case. Let me tell you, it was way under what I was expecting! I’ve heard horror stories from family and friends about price gauging. That evening he made it back out to the shop and fixed the problem. Lucky for us, it was the less costly issue. To be honest, if it was the more expensive fix, I’d still pay it! Ken and Infinity are reliable, fast, honest, and make you feel like you’re an expert when you really have no clue! We cannot thank this company enough for having such a quick turnaround time to help us be more comfortable at work!
