Even as a young kid in the ninth grade, Ken Brasmer knew he’d be a business owner someday. After several years in the commercial HVAC trade, he realized most HVAC companies were in business to sell heating and air conditioning units, rather than develop trusting relationships with customers as their go-to experts for a comfortable home environment. Ken saw the opportunity to combine his technical expertise with superior customer service, and Infinity Heating & Air was born.
Infinity has come a long way from the Brasmer family’s kitchen table, and today we run a small, tight-knit crew that shares Ken’s vision of doing the job right while putting people first. Ken’s wife, Melissa, still does the bookkeeping, and the kids pitch in too, by helping wash the work vans and sometimes even answering the phone!
