Payment security (PCI)

We do not collect or store credit or debit card numbers on this website or in our website database. Card payments and financing applications are handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors (and lenders such as Synchrony) via secure off-site pages or redirects. Infinity Heating & Air does not store full card data on its servers.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — then delete or de-identify it when retention is no longer necessary.

Your privacy rights
