There were a couple of reschedules but it worked out fine regardless. The repair man was very straightforward and didn’t try to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed and he was very polite.

Matt G is amazing! I had a different company come out for a "cheap" cleaning and inspection, only for them to tell me I needed a whole new system or a major repair costing thousands of dollars. Skeptical, I reached out to several other HVAC companies for second opinions. Based just on photos, they all quoted me a repair cost 70% lower than the first company. But Infinity went the extra mile—they sent out Matt because they wanted to be absolutely SURE about the condition of the heat exchanger. Matt ran the exact same tests and got the same readings as the first company, but he actually knew how to interpret them: he explained that those numbers were completely within the normal operating range for my furnace. You could instantly tell Matt knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t even need to run back and forth to the inside thermostat—he was able to jump the system and cycle the furnace right from the unit itself to run his diagnostics. I am blown away by Infinity's honesty and integrity. They aren't trying to scare people into unneeded equipment. The Infinity sticker is proudly on my furnace now, and they will be my absolute first call for any future HVAC needs! Thanks again Matt!

Amazing experience with Infinity Heating & Air. They designed and installed a mini split system for our multi-family homestead. I was instantly at ease the moment Jesse stepped on our property for a free estimate. He was kind, professional, and went the extra mile to understand our needs and how we use the home. They worked 3 long days to install all the units, fire up and test the system and then walk our family through how to use the new system. They Arrived on time and looked over my furnace and ac. They were very informative on what they were doing. I was shocked to see them actually pressure wash the ac unit. That was a plus. Over all I will be doing business with them from now on.

Fabulous experience getting a bid from Jesse for new AC (and another quote for entire HVAC system replacement). He really knows his stuff and is the best ambassador a company could hope for. He was informative, patient, and creative in piecing different options together to best suit our budget. At the end of the day I selected another company that (I felt) offered a better package. That being said, I wish Infinity could have offered the same Bryant package - I would have chosen them in a heartbeat bc I would have known that Jesse would have my back through the entire process. Even after telling him I was going with someone else and why, he saw an error with their proposed plan and was kind enough to call it out. I used the information he gave me and proactively addressed the problem. My company agreed to upgrade my circuts for free (the problem they missed) and wrote it into the contract. Had Jesse not mentioned it, they may have tried to charge when they figured it out. So I will forever be grateful to Jesse for his honest, informative, no pressure approach. He was tenacious but in the most comfortable way. Truly a joy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the company.

We recently had a 5 zone ductless heat pump system installed in our 1904 craftsman. Every step from quote to end of install was professional and communicative. Despite the challenges of installation while working with the quirks of an old home, they were thoughtful with their approach and took care to respect the character of our house that we care so much about. They were extremely hardworking and kind, even during the worst weather days, and we are so happy with the result (and best of all, finally warm and comfortable!). They were very friendly and accommodating for us when our furnace broke over the weekend. It was 30 years old so we needed a new one anyway but we were not financially ready. Infinity heating and air was very fast, reliable, and provided better quotes than 2 other places we had come out. Excellent service

We hired Infinity Heating and Air to work with us on a phased project approach. We experienced flooding in the crawl space of our house and the water not only flooded our duct work, but pulled several pieces of it apart making our furnace not able to support our house for heating properly. RJ and Juan showed up on the first day covered our floors to protect them and got to work removing all the old ducting. They had some of the components to start rebuilding what was necessary, and called in to order the remainder of the parts. Day two was the day to take my hat off to both RJ and Juan, they made sure I had what I needed for the insurance company as well as made sure we had heat. In order to get heat back on they wrapped up for the night at 8:30pm. Thank you! We noticed a few things over the weekend that were not quite right. I reached out to Jesse our salesman for this work and he had the crew back Monday afternoon after I was able to get home and explain what we needed. They made the corrections in about an hour and a half. We are now seeing better air flow and temperature controls than we previously had. We will soon be moving on to phase 2 of our project adding a new furnace and Heat pump.

Working with Ken and the team at Infinity has been a very positive one. I wanted a contractor that was honest and provided hard quotes upfront for the work that need to be done and Infinity did just that. They worked with me to remove a old heat pump that no longer worked and replace it with a new one. I wanted to know why the old one wasn't working at first, thinking it was just a small leak to be patched and re-pressurized but after a long day of due diligence they found out it was a leak within the outdoor unit itself, so a new one was needed. They provided a quote for what it would cost to remove the old one and install the new one and the price they quoted was the price i paid. No hidden charges or anything sketchy. I will for sure be recommending them to friends and family that find themselves in the same position as I was. Thank you Infinity!

We had routine system maintenance on our old but well-maintained Carrier heat pump and furnace. And I do mean old...1989. We were looking for a company that would support our intention to keep it chugging along to its natural extinction. It's a fact they don't make 'em to last like that anymore. Matt was punctual, courteous, personable, thorough and efficient. We especially appreciated his lack of a sales pitch to upgrade a clearly ancient system, yet upon inquiry, he laid out for us, without being pushy, the systems Infinity sells. We think we have found our future system replacement source and installer when this dear old beast gives up the ghost. We have a few backup sources of heat -- wood stove and a separate common area heated by minisplit -- so we think we can transition relatively seamlessly to a new system at the natural-demise point of the Carrier, despite it already not owing us a penny. Thanks Matt and Infinity for supporting our approach!

Ken and his crew installed a ductless heat pump at a rental house and a heat pump tied into the existing gas furnace system my house. I used Infinity about 6 years ago for a heat pump install in our studio and was impressed with their skill knowledge back then, so when it came time to do the houses, I already knew who to call! That old system continues to work perfectly and I have no doubt these new heat pumps will serve us well for years to come. Communication with Ken, his installation crew and electrician was excellent. Finally, all this premium service did not come with a premium price. The total cost was extremely reasonable and fair. Thank you, Infinity Heating. My cats and I give five high paws!
