Before the truck arrives

Every install starts on paper. We run a Manual J load calculation from your home's real characteristics, select the Hisense system that matches (not oversizes) it, and file the mechanical permit with your jurisdiction — plus the L&I electrical permit if your project switches fuel. You'll know the schedule and what preparation, if any, your home needs before install day. Clearing access to the furnace closet or crawlspace hatch is usually the only homework.

Install day, hour by hour

The crew recovers refrigerant from the old system (required by law), removes the old equipment, and sets the new one. Hisense HD Series outdoor units are compact side-discharge cabinets, which gives placement flexibility on tight lots. Lines are connected and pressure-tested, the condensate path is routed and protected, electrical is landed, and controls are wired — 24V thermostat or the system's own controls, your choice where the model supports both.

Commissioning: the part you can't see but will feel

Once running, we verify refrigerant charge against manufacturer targets, measure temperature split and airflow, exercise heating, cooling, and defrost modes, and confirm the safeties. This is where rated efficiency becomes real efficiency — an uncommissioned system can look fine and quietly underperform for years. You get the readings, not just a thumbs-up.

After we leave

We register your equipment with Hisense so the warranty clock starts correctly, schedule the permit inspection, and set up the ConnectLife app (on ductless models) or walk through your thermostat. Then the same family answers the phone for the system's whole life — maintenance plans keep the annual service rhythm automatic.
